Quick start method of KUKA robot

 

First of all:

Remove battery discharge protection

In order to avoid discharging the battery before the first operation, the robot control system has been supplied

The plug X305 on CCU was pulled out.

Please plug the plug X305 into CCU before connecting. This has been mentioned in previous periods of battery maintenance.

Now start the robot. The steps are as follows:

1. Switch on KR C4.

2. Select operation mode [T1].

3. Turn the key switch to the padlock to operate

4. Display the following query: RDC storage is inconsistent with the control system. What has been replaced?

Confirm with the key [robot].

5. Display the following information: the network configuration has been restored.

Press [OK] to confirm.

6. Confirm all the information that can be confirmed in the information window by pressing OK.

7. The following information cannot be confirmed:

The check sum for KSS15068 security configuration is incorrect.

KSS12017 did not confirm operator protective device

KSS00404 security stop

To confirm this information, the security configuration between the robot (RDC) and the robot controller must be balanced:

Press the main menu key and select the menu sequence [configure > user group]. Then press [login]

8. Select user group security maintenance personnel. When using kuka. SafeOperation, select the user group safety debugger.

9. Enter the password (default: kuka), and login to confirm.

10. Confirmation information KSS15068 and KSS00404:

Press the main menu key and select the menu sequence [configure > security configuration].

An overview of possible fault causes is displayed in the window troubleshooting assistant.

Select the field in this list: [robot or RDC memory first operational].

The exclusion recommendation is displayed below the selected field.

Check the field here: if you want to enable security configuration immediately, activate it.

Press the button [now active]. The window opens automatically.

The window is usually closed by the close icon.

Displays the following information: the changes have been saved successfully.

Press OK to confirm.

11. Confirm information KSS12017 (distinguish two situations in this process) :

The robot has the X11 method: confirm with the confirmation key on the protective door.

Method without X11 (ibn-t1) : press the main menu button and select the menu sequence [put into operation > after-sales service > put into operation mode].

KR C4 is on standby. The entire step is now ready to go live for the first time.
